Kristie is the daughter of Bea and George (deceased) Kolb of Waunakee. Joel is the son of Cheryl and Fred Hoerres of Lodi. Kristie graduated from Waunakee High School, University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse Xavier University. Joel attended Middleton High School and University of WisconsinPlattville.

The couple lives in Fayetteville AR. The vows will be exchanged on May 2011 at Saint John the Baptist Chapel in Waunakee WI. Kratochwill Nash Engagement Katie Kratochwill and Joshua Nash, together with their families, are pleased to announce their engagement. Katie is the daughter of David and Debra of Middleton, and Joshua is the son of John and Karen of Madison. A June 2011 wedding is planned.

Sponems Celebrate 60 Years It Aldine and Avis (Wahl) Sponem were married on February 25, 1951 at Blanchardville Lutheran Church. They have 4 children, Vickie (Phillip) Sawicki of Palatine, IL, Steve (Karen) of Mt. Horeb, Judy (Scott) Wheeler of Toronto, Canada, Alan (Chris) of Madison, 11 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren. HALFEN FRISKE TO WED Lacey Halfen and Derek Friske together with their families are pleased to announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage. Lacey is the daughter of Joe Debra Halfen of Woodbury, MN.

Derek is the son of Mark Lori Friske of Mount Horeb. Lacey is a 2005 graduate of Woodbury High School, and 2010 graduate of UW Madison with a Masters Degree in Bio-Medical Engineering. She is currently employed at 3M headquarters in St. Paul. Derek is a 2005 graduate of Mt Horeb High School and 2009 graduate of UW Platteville with a degree in Civil Engineering.

He is currently enrolled at the University of Minnesota and will graduate in May with his masters. The couple will be wed in May in Minnesota..
