1943 He was raised by Margaret and Albert Jahn Curt attended and graduated from Baraboo Public Schools, graduating in 1961 He attended Naval ROTC and the University of Wisconsin, and in 1966 received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree He was commissioned at Ensign in the US Navy and served as a Naval Aviator.
