David W. Satterley July Regenberg to Marry, AND MRS. CARL W. REGENBERG, Fox Bluff, announce the engagement of their daughter, Frieda Carlene, Milwaukee, to David W. Satterley, Milwaukee, son of Mr.

and Mrs. Raymond D. Satterley, Ishpeming, Mich. The wedding is planned for 3 p.m. July 14 in Bethel Lutheran Church.

Miss Regenberg attended the University of Wisconsin, Milton College, Milton, and Prospect Hall Secretarial School, Milwaukee. She is presently employed as a secretary for the engineering department of General Electric Company, Milwaukee. Mr. Satterley, a member of Theta Chi, attended the United States Military Academy, West Point, N. and received his A.

B. degree from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, in 1955. In 1959 he received his M.B.A. degree from the University of Chicago. He is employed in the automation center of the First Wisconsin National Bank, Milwaukee.
