and Mrs. Kurt F. Regling, Janesville. The wedding will take place Aug. 15 at 3 p.m.

in Trinity Lutheran Church. Both Miss Nelson and her fiance are seniors at Wisconsin State University at Oshkosh and will receive their degrees in the spring.
