Tatum's brother-in-law and sister, Mr. and Mrs. H. J. Cullington.

Besse will remain in Fresno until late spring with her uncle and aunt, while Mrs. Tatum continues her trip to Cheyenne, where she will be the guest of another brother-in-law and sister, Mr. and Mrs. Robert C. Duthie.

Before returning to Madison, Mrs. Tatum will also visit at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. D. Webb, Boulder, Colo.

Sullivan Are Married SEEDED PEARLS were embroidered on the yoke of the white satin gown that Miss Ann Fleming, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Fleming, Milwaukee, wore Saturday for her wedding to Dr. James Sullivan, Maiiison, son of the late Ambrose Sullivan, Milwaukee. Strands of seed pearls also fashioned the halo which held the bride's long tulle veil.

In the bridal bouquet were white roses and lilies of the valley. Attending the bride at the altar of Gesu church, where the Rev. William A. Carey of Notre Dame university performed the wedding at 10 a. was her sister, Mary, In a tea-rose taffeta gown with a dubonnet face veil caught to the coronet of dubonnet flowers.

In her bouquet were tea roses and sweet peas. Ambrose was his brother best man and the ushers were Dr John Houghton and John Fleming brother of the bride. At the wedding, which was also the occasion of the Flemings 35th wedding anniversary, Mrs. Fleming wore a gown of black crepe and black lace and a corsage of gardenias. Miss Elizabeth Sullivan, aunt of the bridegroom, wore navy blue with tea roses.

A breakfast at the Knickerbocker hotel followed the ceremony. Dr. Sullivan and his bride will make their home in Madison, where he is on: the surgical staff of Wisconsin General hospital. 4 4" 4 Bethel Senior League Approximately 60 leaguers and friends attended the Bethel Senior League meeting. C. Pan, a Chinese graduate student at the speak on Education of the Young People in China. In his' talk, Mr. Pan explained the two' kinds of education in China, and told how the missionaries have helped to develop the present educational system. The speaker explained that the recent educational tendency was for the young people to be trained In engineering and technical subjects, in addition to the boys and young men taking advantage of a military training.

Mr. Pan gave an explanation of the Chinese alphabet and showed books which were printed in Chinese. Thomas Baken offered scripture and prayer, and the Mmes. Helmar Johnson and Herman Loftsgordon served the cost supper. Because of their popularity last year in presenting Wagners Ring of the Nibelung during the series, the Rev. and Mrs. Marshall Day, Milwaukee, have been asked to continue the Wagner series this year, presenting the following program: Tuesday, Apr. 19, Lohengrin; Apr. 26, Meistersinger; and May 3, "Parsifal.

The Rev. Day is rector of Christ church in White fish Bay. As he tells the story, Day plays the motiff on the piano and they intersperse the lecture with recorded selections of Wagners compositions. In the past the series has proved popular with both adults and the youth of high school age. The committee In charge of the musicals includes Mrs.

Francis Blood-good, chairman; Mrs. Carl Russell Fish, Mrs. Gilbert Doane, Mrs. Robert Holland, Mrs. W.

R. Agard, and Mrs. John D. Hicks. Tickets for the concerts may be procured from any member of the committee.
