Jensen, Builder, Des Casper Zentner, Ex-Restaurateur in Belleville, Dies Ex-Auto Mechanic Jake Broesch Dies PORTAGE Jake Broesch, 82, died Wednesday (May 15, 1973) at home after a brief illness. 1 He was a retired auto- mechanic. Surviving areadaughter, aVu JO Ex-Postmaster, Dies TOMAH Cleveland Somers, 90, died Wednesday (May 16, 1973) in a hospital after a long illness.

He was born in Norway Ridge and was a postmaster in Mather for 35 years until he retired in 1945. Mr. Somers married the for mer Georgia 1 in 1909. She died in 1970. Surviving are adaughter, Mrs.

Gwendolyn Ring, -Tomah; sister, Mrs. Charles Stewart, Portage; two grandchildren and two great-grandchilden. The funeral will be, at. 1 p.m Saturday in the White Funeral Home, where friends may call after 2 p.m. Friday: Emil Johnson TOMAH Emil Johnson, 82, Rt.

3, died Tuesday (Mav 15, 1973) in a hospital after an ill ness. He was a lifelong Monroe County resident. Mr. Johnson married Caroline Herth in 1932. He was a veteran of World War I and a member of the D.A.V.

and St. Peter's Danish Lutheran Church at Shenning- ton. Surviving in the Madison area is a son, carieton. Also surviving are his wife; two other sons, Stanley, at home; and Verlin, Tomah; daughter, Mrs. Charlene Be- nisch, Marshall; a sister, Mrs.

Mary Rich, Pomona, and five grandchildren. The funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday the churcn. Friends may call after 4 p.m Friday at the Ninneman Fu neral Home. Mrs.

William Kreisler Mrs. William Kreisler, 52, of 321 Walbridge died Wednesday (May 16, 1973) 'at home after a long illness. The former Edith Hoerner was born in Culver, In4, and was a Madison resident since 1962 after moving here from Du buque, la. She was married in 1939. Mrs.

Kreisler was a member of Grace Episcopal Church. Surviving are her husband three sons, Robert, 1418 Delaware Michael, with the Army at Truax Field; and Fredrick, at home; three daughters, Mrs. Romaine Ace Brooklyn; Mrs. Donald Roeth 2725 Union and Mrs. Caro Webb, 1401 Nevada St brother.

Donald Hoerner, Ev erett, and 13 grandchildren. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Friday in the church. Friends may call from 4 to 9 tonight at the Gunderson Funeral Home, 5203 Monona Dr. Burial will be in Highland Memory Gardens, Donald J.

Jensen, 50, of 713 5. Midvale died Wednesday (May 16, 1973) in a hospital after a brief illness. He was born in Lone Rock and married Eileen Crook in 1955. Mr. Jensen was a Madison resident for 17 years.

He 'was employed by the Goodyear Tire and Rubber Sun Prairie, and was the owner -of Jensen Construction. He was a veteran- of World War II and a member of the Midvale Lutheran Church. Surviving are his wife; daughter, Susan, at home; "his parents, Mr. and Mrs. James Jensen, Mid die ton; and brother, James, Middleton.

The funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday in the church. Friends may call after 4 j.m. today at the Frautschi Funeral Home, 3610 Speedway Rd. Burial will be in Sunset Memory Gardens.

W. J. Hessler William J. Hessler, 79, of 1221 i 1 1 "died Wednesday (May 16, 1973) in a hospital after a long illness. He was bom in West Allis ind married the former Josie Sowl in 1916.

He worked for the Dane County Highway Dept. for. 21 years, retiring in 1959. He w'as a member of St. James Catholic Church.

Survivingin Madison are three daughters, Mrs. LeRoy Knight, Mrs. Thomas Frlscb, and Mrs. Norman Marking; and a sister, Mrs. Ralph Ditrich: Also surviving are his wife; a daughter, Mrs.

Dan MullarTcey, Sun Prairie; four sisters, Mrs. Jack Clancy, Mrs. Leone Werk, Sheboygan; Mrs. Margaret Mahne, Stevens Point; and Mrs. Jean Dingwefl, 19 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.

The funeral will be 10:30 a.m. Friday in Sacred Hearts Catholic Church, Sun Prairie. He lived and farmed in the Lancaster area most of his life.

Surviving are three sons, Ed ward, Blaine, John, Town of Dekorra; and Thomas, Town of Arlington; a daughter, Lottie, Town of Dekorra; 10 grandchildren; 18 great-grand children; and one great great grandchild.

CEDERGREN McFARLAND The funeral for Mrs. Joseph E. Cedergren, 64, of 1647 Tower who died Tuesday, will be Friday at 1:30 p.m. in the Frautschi Funeral Home, 3610 Speedway Madison. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Park.

Friends may call after 6 tonight at the funeral home. She was assistant pastor at the Mission Chapel, Barneveld. She was editor of the Natural Food Associates. Magazine of Wisconsin. She was the treasurer of the Madison Committee for Fair Taxes and wrote books and articles on religion.

Mrs. Myrtle Clark MONROE Mrs. Myrtle M. Clark, 84, died Tuesday (May 15, 1973) in a nursing home after an illness. The former Myrtle Blaine was married to Julian Clark in 1910.

They farmed in the Monroe area until retiring in 1951. Mr. Clark died in 1962. She was a member of the United Methodist Church. Surviving are two daughters, Miss Gladys and Miss Leatha Clark, Monroe; three sons, Bart- and.

Gif ford, rural Monroe; and a brother, Lee Blaine, Hampton, la. The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Friday in the Stuessy Funeral Home. Friends may call after 2 p.m. today.

Her husband, John, died in 1951. She was a member of the United Methodist Church, Hazel Green. Surviving are a a Mrs. Arnold Hahn, Dubuque, a sonWilliam, Hazel Green; one and one great-granddaughter. The funeral will be 2:30 p.m.

Marie L. Keel, 86, a lifelong Monroe resi dent, died Wednesday (May 16, 1973) in a hospital after an ap parent heart attack. The former Marie Steinmann was married to Everett Keel in 1912. She was a member of St John's United Church of Christ Surviving in Madison is a son, Dr. Harris Keel, 6322 Inner Dr.

Also surviving are a daugh ter, Miss Helen Keel(1 Hawaii; two sons, John, Marshfield; and Tom, Spokane, two sis ters, Mrs. Louis Buri, Monroe; and Mrs. Walter Sylvester, Brownsville; and eight grand children. Voz nak 48, Rt. 1, a former Ne- cedah police chief, died Tuesday (May 15, 1973) in a hospital after an apparent heart attack. He married the former May-jorie Pray in 1946. They lived in Illinois until 1949 when they moved to Necedah. Mr.

Voznak was a veteran of World War II and served in the U.S. Navy. He was a member of the American Legion, the Vet erans of Foreign Wars and the Necedah Fire Dept. Surviving are his wife; two sons, Frank Hinsdale, and John, Necedah; two daughters, Kathleen and Mrs. James Saunders, both of Necedah; two brothers, Lewis Matson, in South Dakota; and George Voznak, Northlake, four sisters, Mrs.

Friday. Joseph Davis Rites BELOIT The funeral for Joseph L. Davis, 54; who died Monday, will be at 2 p.m. today in Our Savior's Lutheran Church. There will be no visita tion.

Mr. Davis was born in Wal worth and was personnel man ager at Beloit Corp. He was a graduate of the Uni- varsity of Wisconsin-Whitewa ter. He was past-president of the Beloit Visiting Nurse Assn and of the Council of Social Agencies. Mr.

Davis was a member of the Board of Deacons for Our Savior's Lutheran Church. He married the former Lor raine Bergmann in 1942. Surviving are his wife; two sons, Kirk ano reter, botn oi Beloit; two daughters, Mrs. Kim Babler, Whitewater; and Mrs. Greg Brand, Seattle, Wash.

Harry Hitchcock BELOIT Harry L. Hitch cock, 76, died Tuesday (May 15 1973) in a hospital after an ill ness. He was born in Fox Lake and was a veteran of World War I. Surviving are his wife, Marie; and a sister, Mrs. Marjorie Joby, Englewood, Fla.

Mrs. Martha Holtan DeFOREST Martha Holtan, 85, Rt. 1, died Wednes day (May 16, 1973) in a Madison hospital after a long illness. She was married to Carl Hol tan in 1910. He died in 1958.

Mrs. Holtan was a member of the Norway Grove Memorial Lutheran Church. Surviving are four sons, Orlin, StoLKhton: Carlyle, Oconomo- woc; and Irwin and Marton, both of DeForest; a sister, Mrs, Emma Has void, Brookings, S.D.; 15 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. The former Ethlyn Behrendt was a lifelong area resident She was married to La Vern Rylatt in 1942. Surviving are her husband; two stepdaughters, Mrs.

Nadine Polzin, Beloit; and Mrs. Yvonne Paris, Davis, a brother, Harold Behrendt, Beloit; and four grandchildren.
