Wienke, Emma B. COLUMBUS Mrs. Emma B. Wienke, oge 96, died on Saturday, November 8, 1986, in the Columbus Care Center. The former Emma Schilling married William Lang In 1915.

He died in 1923. She then married Fred Wienke In 1929. He died in 1973. She is survived by a son, Clarence "Pat" (Charlotte) Lang of Columbus; a daughter, Beatrice (Harold) Traeger of Racine; two stepdaughters, Dorothy (Allen) Herbert of Chicago, Illinois and Elsie Kasuboske of Sun Prairie; a sister-in-law, Margaret Wienke of Sun Prairie; three grandchildren; a great-grandchild; and nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be on Monday, November 10, at 1 :30 p.m., in the funeral home, with Reverend Robert Wilkeof Zion Lutheran Church officiating.

BELOIT Alan J. Dale, oge 66, of 1730 Mary Beloit, died on Friday, In the Carlyle Nursing Home, following a long Illness. He was born on November 8, 1919 In Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the son of Albert M. and Hilda (Zimmerman) Dale. He married Mary L.

Ingram on July 27, 1943 In Memphis, Tennessee. He was a graduate of Marquette Universally, Milwaukee In 1941. He was employed at the State of Wisconsin Departments of Industry, Labor, and Human Relations as Coordinator for Migrant Affairs in Modison. He retired In 1980. He was a veteran of World War II and served In the Army in the Signal Corp.

He was a member of the Atonement Lutheran Church, and served as Lay Pastor of the West Luther Valley Church from 1958 to 1965. He was a former member of the Beloit School Board from 1956 to 1972, and was past president. He was a member and past president of the Wisconsin Association of School Boards, and was a member of the NAACP. He was an avid photographer and active for many years In the Photographic Society of America. He Is survived by his wife, Mary; four daughters, Barbara (Mrs.

Robert) Doollttle of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Susan Turtle of South Beloit, Illinois, Linda (Mrs. Thomas) Elmer of Overland Park, Kansas, and Leslie Roanhouse of Beloit, Wisconsin; and seven grandchildren. He was predeceased by his parnets. Memorial services will be held at 8:00 p.m., on Sunday, at the ROSMAN-UHELING-KINZER CRANSTON ROAD CHAPEL with the Reverends Michael Sullivan and Elmer Sterner officiating. Schraepfer, Jacob MOUNT HOREB Jacob Schroepfer, age 90, of Mount Horeb, died on Saturday, November 8, 1986, ot Engleside Nursing Home in Mount Horeb. He was born on August 8, 1896 in York Township, Green County, the son of Casper and Barbara (Wild) Schroepfer. He went to school In Moscow, Iowa County.

On January 30, 1924, he was married to Selma Rundhaug; and they farmed together in the townships of Perry and Blue Mounds before moving to Mount Horeb in 1952. Mr. Schraepfer was then employed as a meat cutter for the Black Earth Locker Plant, Kaischeur Foods, and Erickson Foods. He was a long time member of Perry Lutheran Church in Daleyville. Survivors Include his wife, Selma; a sister, Mrs.

Roslno Parks of Madison; and a brother, Rudv of New Glarus. He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Fred and Casper and six sisters, Katie, Barbara, Annie, Louise, Frieda, and Emma. Funeral services will be held ot 11:00 a.m., on Monday, November 10, 1986, at the PERRY LUTHERAN CHURCH in Daleyville with Reverend Richard Rem officiating. Schulz, Lyman EVANSVILLE Lyman Schulz, age 68, of 416 E. Main Street, died on Thursday, November 6, 1986, at St. Mary's Hospital, in Madison. He was born on December 22, 1917 in Albany Township, Green County, the son of Arthur and Floretta (Stiff) Schulz. He was married to Mildred Long on February 22, 1939.

They farmed In the Brooklyn-Belleville area for 26 years before moving to Evansville. He was a manager for Albany Union Co-Op for 17 years. He was a member of Evansville United Methodist Church, and the Lions Club. He is survived by his wife, Mildred; two daughters, Linda Dwyer of Whitewater, and Donna Lewis of Albany; three sisters, Betty Stryhn, and Marlon Jensen, both of Evansville, and Delores Garvollle of Friendship, Wisconsin; two brothers, Floyd and Robert Schulz of Oregon; and four grandchildren, Windy Lewis of San Antonio, Texas, Gene of Albany, Tena Dwyer of Milwaukee, and Jim Dwyer of Whitewater. He was mm Abaly, John C.

(Chet) MADISON John C. (Chet) Aboly, oge 71 of 2259 Rusk Avenue, died on Friday, November 7, 1986, at Madison hospital. He was born on December 8. 1913. In Madison, and has been a life long resident.

He was a aroduate of Modison Central High School. He Is survived by sister, Helen Sullivan of Gross Point Woods, Michigan; and several nieces ond nephews. Brandon, John MADISON John Brandon, oge 92, of S40 Elmside died on Saturday, November 8. 1986, at a local health core center. He was born on June 20, 1894 at Giovik, Norway. He had been a self-employed well driller for many years, and more recently hod worked for Keves Well Drilling of St. Paul, Minnesota until his retirement.

Mr. Brandon Is a veteran of World War serving In the United States Army. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church. Surviving are six daughters, Eleanore Fix, Joyce Mueller, Beatrice Littel, Joan Brandon, Anna Belle Cornwall, and Jeannette Costleberg; two sons, John Brandon and Eugene Brown; two sisters, Anna Jones and Margie Berg; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife.

Belle in 1973; three grandchildren; two brothers; and a sister. Funeral services will be held at TRINITY LUTHERAN CHURCH, 1904 Winnebago at 11:00 a.m., on Monday, November 10. The Reverend Wm. Gary Kobs will officiate. Burial will be in Highland Memory Garden Cemetery.

Branson, age 64, of 3313 Commercial died on Friday, November 17, 1986, from an Aorto-Duodenal Fistula condition. He was born on August 5, 1922 In Saranac, Michigan.

He married the former Arlene DeHart on August 6, 1949 In Saginaw, Michigan. Mr. Branson had been a Madison businessman for over 30 years. He Is survived by his wife, Arlene two daughters, Rebecca Gllbertson of Madison and Sergeant Debra Sellers of Fort Myer, Virginia; his mother, Mrs. Orpha Branson of Flushing, Michigan; two sisters, Wiona Roach of East Tawas, Michigan and Beverely Brezlna of Owosso, Michigan.

Randolph Street, Stoughton, died on Friday, November 7, 1986, at his residence. Carl was born In Sweden on March 5, 1903. In 1950, he was a member of the Audit and Budget Committee of Council. In 1955, Dr. Dessloch was a member of the Board of Trustees of the State Medical Society Charitable, Educational and Scientific Foundation.

In I960, he was a member of the State Medical Society Permanent Commission of the Museum of Medical Progress. In 1967, he was the recipient of the Blue Shield sapphire emblem service pin In recognition of 20 years as a member of the Blue Shield Advisory Committee. In 1971, he was elected as an Alternate Delegate to the American Medical Association's House of Delegates. In 197X Dr. Dessloch was a recipient of an Award from the Charitable Educational and Scientific Foundation.

In 1976, he phased out hospital practice. In 1976, he received the WPS 30-Year Service Award. In 1978, the State Medical Society presented Dr. Dessloch with the "Council In November, 1978, an Appreciation Day was claimed by Prairie du Chien and Crawford County for Dr. Dessloch and Dr.

Thomas Farrell. In December, 1979, the WPS Board announced that a scholarship would be given to a student In the Prairie du Chien area who Is furthering hisher career In a health related field In honor of Dr. Dessloch and in his name. In 1979, he become a BCBS Meeting Delegate until 1982. In November, 1980 the theater In Stovall Hall of Health at the Fort Crawford Medical Museum was given the new name "Dessloch In December, 1981, Dr.

Dessloch was presented with the WPS 35-Year Award. In March, 1985, Dr. Dessloch was made an "Honorary WPS Board In his association with WPS from 1946 through March, 1985, he served on mony WPS Committees to the Board of Directors. In April, 1985, he was Inducted into the "Fifty Year Club" of the State Medical Society of Wisconsin. He is survived by his wife, the former Ruth Rommel; two daughters, Sharon Schultz of Racine and Miss Gail Dessloch of Prairie du Chien; and a grandson.

Funeral services will be on Monday, November 10, 1986 at 2:00 p.m at ST. PETER'S LUTHERAN CHURCH. Reverend Gary Grindeland will officiate with cremation to follow. Friends may call from p.m. Sunday at the LAKE-THORNBURG FUNE RAL HOME, Prairie du Chlen and 1 :00 p.m.

Fischer, age 76, of New Glarus, passed away on Saturday morning at Pleasant View Nursing Home, Monroe, after a long Illness. The son of Albert and Mathilda (Longer) Fischer was born on November 27, 1909 In Waterloo, Wisconsin. On November 15, 1950 he was united in marriage to the former Grace V. Geiger at Madison. He had been employed by the Borden Company of Madison for over 18 years and the Dane County Home and Hospital in Verona, and had recently worked at the Monticello Sales Barn, Montlcello.

Survivors Include his wife, Grace of New Glarus; two sons, Harry Fischer, Madison and Mark (Carol) Fischer of Verona; a daughter, Mrs. Robert (Faith) Smith of Cambridge; three grandchildren, Shane and Heidi Fischer and Paul Smith; three sisters, Mrs. Lydia Will of Beaver Dam, Mrs. Helen Braun of Beaver Dam, and Mrs. Josephine Niemeyer of Lowell, Wisconsin.

Preceding him In death were two brothers, Henry and William; and two sisters, Mrs. Elsie Hotter and Mrs. Julia Selek. He married Shirley Day September 11 1937 in Janesvllle. He was president of Transfer Storage and an agent for North American Van Lines since 1957. He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church the Elk's Club. He Is survived by his wife; three sons, Dennis, Craig, and Jeff all of Janesvllle; one daughter, Sheila Gyr of Portage; nine grandchildren; a brother, Alfred Knopes and a sister, Edna Flnnegan both of Janesvllle.
