Paskey ffli ijf' Jt i jt! A mother and a daughter became brides in separate ceremonies Saturday in St. John's Lutheran Church.

Mrs. Robert Olson, 4212 Dempsey and Leo A. Gardner, 4900 Turner exchanged vows in a simple 11 a.m. rite performed by the Revs. A.

C. Schumacher and Gerhardt Hillmer. Her daughter, Virginia Mae, was married to A1 Norman H. Paskey at 6 p.m. Paster Schumacher was assisted by the Rev.

Thomas Loftus at the evening ceremony. Mrs. Olson wore a champagne-colored organza dress with a matching lace jacket. She carried a nosegay of pompoms in yellow, gold, and bronze. Mrs.

Gerald De Karske, Monona, was matron of honor for both her mother and sister. At the morning ceremony she wore an apricot silk Jacket dress with white accessories, and carried a nosegay of pompoms. Richard L. Gardner, Arlington, was his father's best Mr. and Mrs.

Gardner will live at 4212 Dempsey Rd. after July 28. The bride is a licensed practical nurse at Central Wisconsin Colony. Mr. Gardner is district representative for the Aid Assn.

for Lutherans Life Insurance. Virginia Mae Olson was given in marriage by her new step-father. Her husband Is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Paskey, Marshall.

The bride wore a long white organza gown trimmed with Venise lace, with a ring collar, short sleeves, and sweeping train. A petal headdress held her short veil. She carried a cascade of pink roses, white carnations, and stephanotis. Mrs. De Karske wore a floor-length A-line gown in juliet pink, trimmed with Venise lace, and carried a cascade of pink and white roses and carnations.

The bridesmaids, Mrs. La Vera Paskey, Cottage Grove; Miss Sandra Roewer, Prairie du Sac; and Miss Nancy Hossman, wore pale pink. LaVern Paskey was his brother's best man. Another brother, Kenneth Paskey, Barneveld, was a groomsman with James Henke and James Bra-bender, Marshall. Ushers were Lan Waddell, Marshall, and Gerald De Karske, Monona.

A buffet-reception was held at the Monona Grove Community Center. Airman and Mrs. Paskey have left for a honeymoon in northern Wisconsin. They attended Whitewater State University. She is employed by the State Department of Revenue.

He will be stationed at Clark Air Force Base in the Philippines. MRS. JONES COLUMBIA, S.C. Miss Nancy L. Cosgrove, daughter of Mrs.

She was given in marriage by her uncle, Eugene Eergum, Rio. Wis. Mrs. Roy a i McCoy, Greenville, S.C, was matron of honor, and Miss Linda Jane Cosgrove, Madison, was her sister's maid of honor. The bridesmaids were Miss Elizabeth Exum and Miss Julia Richardson, Columbia, S.C, and Miss Patricia Mayes, Mayesville, S.C They wore floor-length aqua linen empire gowns with double ruffles around the high necklines and hemlines.

Mr. Jones was his son's best man. Ushers were Thomas E. Jones, Wendell G. Cantrell, and Glen Vick, Easley, S.C; Dr.

Roy M. McCoy, Greenville, S.C; John Moultrie Tru-luck III, Lake City, S.C; Ed-monds Brown, Charleston, S.C; and John Williams, Spartanburg S. C. After a church reception, Mr. and Mrs.

Jones left for a wedding trip to California. They will live in Columbia. The bride, a member of Delta Delta Delta, is a 1969 graduate of the University of South Carolina, where her husband was graduated in 1968. A member of Kappa Alpha Order and Beta Gamma Sigma, he will enter the South Carolina Law School in September. Mrs.

Cosgrove is a lecturer on textiles and clothing at the University of Wisconsin.
