and Mrs. Dallas Smith, Sun Prairie. The bride, who was given in marriage by her uncle, Hollis O. Hunt, wore a white gown, fash ioned of heavy slipper satin, with a fitted bodice, and a scoop neckline outlined with embroidered pearl medallions in rose pattern. The voluminous skirt fell into a chapel-length train, on which were scattered embroidered a 1 1 1 ons.

Her fingertip veil of French silk illusion was caught to a satin cap trimmed with pearls. She earned a cascade of white carnations centered with an all-white orchid and holly. Mrs. Rodney Gehrke was cho sen as her sister's maid of honor. Her gown of holly green nylon tulle and net over taffeta, had a matching velveteen bodice and large velveteen bows in bustle effect.

The bodice was covered with a holly green velveteen jac ket. She carried a cascade of red Happiness roses, white carna tions, and English holly. The Misses Sara Steele and Jane Smith were the bridesmaids, in gowns styled like the matron of honor's. They were of festival green, trimmed with holly green velveteen. The bridesmaids car ried cascades of red Happiness roses with English holly.

Alice Louise North, the flower girl, was dressed like the bride and carried a basket of red roses, white carnations, and holly. Carroll Fehrman was best man. Reginald Hunt and Warren Tidd ushered, and Bruce D. Gehrke was the ring bearer. A reception was held in the church basement.

After a wedding trip through Illinois and Michigan, the couple will be at home at 142 Jones st. Sun Prairie. The bride is a senior at the Columbia County Normal school, Columbus, and the bride' groom is employed by the Breu- nig Construction Madison. Graf for the first time when she and her father sailed for Europe on Aug. 11 aboard the "Liberte." Mr. Graf, a Swiss engineer, shared a cabin with Mr. Jakovich and naturally was introduced to the latter's daughter on the first day at sea. As the fairy tales have it, it was "love at first sight." Miss Jakovich saw a great deal of Mr.

Graf during her stay in Europe and visited his parents in Zurich. Miss Jakovich returned to the United States on Oct. 6 aboard the "He de France." She hastily packed her belongings and made preparations for her return trip to Eur- trimmed with seed pearls. She carried a bouquet of white Empress roses. Miss Hortensia Buhl man, Zurich, the maid of honor, wore a light-weight dove gray wool dress with a hat to match.

The Wasserkirche, one of the oldest Protestant churches in Zurich, was the setting for the nuptial service at 11 a. m.

A civil ceremony was performed at 10 a. m. in the historic Town hall. Tne church service was per formed by the Rev. Hans Hem-rich Brunner, chaplain at the University of Zurich and one of the few clergymen in the city able to read the marriage service in English.

The bride's father, who is still in Europe, and her brother and sister-in-law, Capt. and Mrs. Daniel Jakovich, Paris, France, were present for the ceremony. Mr. Graf who studied at the City of London college and the Tech nical College of Zurich, is an engineer with the Almacoa Co. of Zurich. He recently spent eight months in the United States on business. In Oklahoma Mrs.

A cousin, Miss Margaret Biddick of Jennings, will join the fami ly group for part of the holidays. Mrs. Harry E. Biddick will spend the winter months in Oklahoma with her son and his family. Mrs.
