4, SECTION 1 WISCONSIN STATE JOURNAL, TUESDAY, JUNE 19, 1956 Dial ALpine 6-3111 Obituaries Crash Injuries Fatal to Ft. Atkinson Man FT. ATKINSON Donald Matson, 25, Ft. Atkinson, died Monday in a Ft. Atkinson hospital of injuries suffered Sunday night in an accident west of Jefferson.

County police said Mr. Matson was traveling alone on Highway CC when his car skidded as he attempted to stop at the intersection with Highway J. The car knocked down five fence posts, hit three trees and rolled over, throwing Mr. Matson out of the auto. The accident happened in front of the Langholff farm, Route 2.

Jefferson, police said. The fatality was the second involving a Ft. Atkinson resident during the weekend and the 12th in Jefferson county this year, equalling the entire 1955 county total. Funeral services will be held at 8 p.m. Wednesday in the funeral home.

Burial will be Thursday in Peru, Ill. Mrs. Carey Rites Funeral services for Mrs. A. F.

Carey, 1144 Sherman the wife of Dr. A. F. Carey, Madison dentist, will be held at 9 a. m.

Wednesday in St. Patrick's Catholie church. The Rev. A. V.
